Kashia Bordwine

Kashia was born and raised in NE Ohio, lived in Northern Michigan and in NC near Charlotte but moved and definitely found a home here. She has been here since 2011 and can't imagine living anywhere else. She does not have children of her own but feels lucky to have 2 amazing stepsons that are 17 & 25. She has 2 dogs, Mollie? (shepherd mix) and Charlie ?(golden retriever, her favorite breed) and a cat Kiki???. Kashia really enjoys the outdoors! Camping?, hiking?, biking?? and being on the water are her favorite things to do. If she isn't working or outdoors, She is obsessed with TJMaxx/Marshalls? LOL . She has been a REALTOR since 2015 and it is by far the best job she says she has ever had. She is currently serving as the 2023 President for Bristol TN/VA Association of REALTORS. Prior to real estate, She worked very closely with a contractor for nearly 10 years and gained hands on experience pertaining to home building and remodeling. Kashia feels that has given her a competitive edge with her clients and has helped them avoid costly repairs. Kashia enjoys most about her job is building relationships with her clients. It's never just a transaction for her. ?
