I stumbled across Kashaela Mullanix who works with the Erik Kelly group for Keller Williams Reality, by recommendation of my banker. I am happy to say that Kashaela and the group did a fantastic job on helping me find and buy my first home! There were a few times I wanted to give up, because I wasn't finding anything I wanted, but Kashaela was always on the ball making sure she sent me properties to look at. After a few months of searching we finally found my new home! The process for me was definitely unfamiliar, but the whole group did such a good job making sure I understood what was going on and kept me informed every step of the way! I really appreciated how personable everyone was and how much they cared if I was happy and comfortable with what was going on. We had to deal with a pretty tough seller and selling agent (she was worthless and rude) but they pulled through for me every step of the way! Thank you so much to Kashaela for all the help and constantly keeping me in the loop and thank you to everyone on the team that assisted in my close! I am happy to say my son and I will be moving into our new house this weekend! :D
