jackee princeau was our agent and I can use a lot of adjectives but the one that comes to mind is amazing. Having known Wally for a long time when my wife and I found a property coming soon on a Saturday afternoon we knew Wally was who we would contact. He immediately starting pulling any and all available information on the property for us. All parties knew this was going to need to happen quickly in order to make the deal work. Wally got us in contact with a lender that was able to quickly work out the money side of the deal while he quickly worked on getting an offer over. The next tricky part was getting our current home sold. Wally and his team put together a great marketing strategy and hosted several open house to get an offer for us. Wallys diligence and dedication made everything happen in a timely manner.
