I've been representing buyers and sellers since 1995. In the past, I rehabbed houses and worked with investors and first time home buyers. During the REO surge, I was a Freddie Mac listing agent for 4 years and supervised the rehab of 95% of the properties I listed. Having done some work successfully in the commercial area, I am pursuing further education in order to expand my knowledge base.
