Too bad I can't leave more than 5 starts. I had the bright idea to buy a house on a Sunday and was Under Contract by Saturday thanks to Karla. I found Karla after being blown off by another realtor while inquiring about a property that caught my interest. Karla immediately exceeded my expectations with her resources once she got a feel for what I was looking for, even before signing the new mandated Buyer Agreement. She was extremely honest and did not shy away from giving her professional opinion about concerns or questions--from the "asking price" to "repair requests".
