We had strict requirements and were looking for a 5 year plan home. We were looking within a challenging market that Karla didn't typically deal with. Houses there mostly sit for years or sell in the first few weeks. Karla made herself readily available to show whenever she could, even in a foot or two of snow. :-) The purchasing process wasn't without its difficulties, but with Karla's understanding, knowledge, and resources we closed on an ideal home in a timely manner.
