My Agent Karla De La Cruz is a beyond amazing agent!! 1. I had 2 months to find a home at a reasonable price in the area that I wanted. Karla had met with me at every free opportunity I had to find the home I wanted. With her determination and care of my needs I have received an amazing home. 2. While negotiating she advised me (First Time Home Buyer) of the pros and cons of a certain decision. By me being fully informed I understood any situations that would happen and not be curve balled! 3. Karla has a friendly and welcoming personality that allowed for me to trust her at 200% which ultimately led to her matching my wants vs needs in a home and allowing me to envision how a house could be my home 4. As a super picky/perfectionist type of person, I like to know not only have a knowledgeable person but also someone with the resources to aid me in finding out more information. My home had a clerical error in the county records office, she went above and beyond to not only correct the error but keep my entire Home buying team updated with everything 5. With my 30 day escrow Karla helped make the entire process stress free. I said I wanted a home, confirmed the price and repairs/inspection and was able to sleep perfectly at night with no stress as I knew she had everything handled on the paperwork and follow up side with the lender and selling agent!
