From contract signing till closing she was there and even after. She really cares and takes pride ensuring her clients are happy. My wife and I purchased a new build and we got updates without having to ask for updates. She ensured we got updates and kept us in the loop. Karla definitely had our backs. Even when we did our pre closing walk thru she was pointed stuff out that my wife and I didnt catch. Any other realtor wouldnt have bothered. Karla was with us every step of the way.
