Overall, Karl did his job and gave me lots of information about several houses. When I finally got to one I wanted, he gave me information about the things I asked. However, he wasn?t always responsive. He would sometimes take hours to respond. Although he may have been working on my behalf, he never updated me on ?hey let me find out and I?ll get back to you?? type of deal. He even told the sellers agent that ?my client is driving me crazy?? on a text that he screenshot to me for other information and didn?t see that he had said that or maybe didn?t care. The seller agent was also not very responsive, but that isn?t his fault. Overall, again, Karl did his job and helped as necessary. But, as far as going above and beyond, he did not do that. I am new to the area and I didn?t get recommendations about areas, school districts, etc. He probably won?t be my first choice as a realtor, but I have had far worse experiences.

Karl was very thorough in providing us a list of homes to check out on our own and when we found ones we wanted to explore further was super responsive to work around our limited schedule and show them to us. We completed the rest of the transaction from afar and he guided us through every process, step by step. It was very reassuring going through the purchase with him, even though we were out of state. He helps answer questions by contacting the seller and is just a great guy!
