Karin Negron Caraballo

I chose a career in Real Estate because I love working with people and making their American dream come to reality. I am licensed in Pennsylvania & Maryland. I will do everything in my power to help and advocate for my clients. I am detail oriented and focused. I also am bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish. I love helping people from different walks of life. I am proud to be a member of the York County Hispanic Coalition, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and the RAYAC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. I was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, and raised in York City, PA. I earned my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from TESST College of Technology. I also have experience in teaching at the pre-K level. As a single mother, my daughter is the most important part of my life. I strive to always be her best role model, and give her the tools she will need to be happy and successful. I also enjoy reading, fitness, healthy eating, and being involved in my daughter's extracurricular activities, which include competitive dance. ---------- Elegi una carrera en Bienes Raices porque me encanta trabajar con personas y hacer realidad su sueno americano. Estoy orgulloso de ser miembro de la Coalicion Hispana del Condado de York, la Asociacion Nacional de Profesionales Hispanos de Bienes Raices, y del Comite de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusion de RAYAC. Naci en Yauco, Puerto Rico, y me crie en la ciudad de York, PA. Obtuve mi titulo de asociado en justicia penal de TESST College of Technology. Tambien tengo experiencia en la ensenanza a nivel de pre-kinder. Como madre soltera, mi hija es la parte mas importante de mi vida. Me esfuerzo por ser siempre su mejor modelo a seguir y darle las herramientas que necesitara para ser feliz y exitosa. Tambien disfruto leer, hacer ejercicio, comer sano y participar en las actividades extracurriculares de mi hija, que incluyen Danza competitiva.
