Karin is an OUTSTANDING Realtor! She was more than helpful and went above and beyond and even after closing on my house a year ago she still reaches out giving me advice on how to improved and or protect my house and wishing Happy Holidays and even remembered to remind me on what information from my house closing to bring for my taxes and even provided me a copy of what I need to bring to get my taxes done. Every phone call I sent out she either answered immediately or responded immediately via text to let me know she was on another job and after she was done, she called me back. She answered all of my questions and if she didnt have the answer to one of my questions at the time, she investigated and provided me with an answer promptly.
