ZillowVERIFIEDPlease be aware of this agent - works fine when youre under contract as she wants her commission, but showed lack of professionalism and commitment as soon as the transaction completed. Didnt have the decency to hand me the keys - gave me the code to lockbox and keys to the mailbox was missing. I informed her I needed the keys and she dragged her feet initially and now she just ignores my text. I will be escalating to her broker next.
