Karin is an excellent realtor! She is personable and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She was very aware that she was selling a much loved home, not just a house. Karin is more than competent and extremely knowledgable. Her experience and connections were very helpful. We had some zoning/permitting issues to resolve before the sale of our house could go through and she guided us through that process and in those moments when we might have gotten discouraged, she was supportive and encouraging. She and her team timed and orchestrated the sale of our house perfectly and everything went smoothly and quickly. Karin helped us find a condo we love and guided us through making an offer that was accepted. We sold our house, bought a condo and moved in all in five weeks time.
