She stepped in and arranged for painting inside and out, redoing the hardwood floors, mowing the yard, forwarding my packages to me, and much more. Karen went above and beyond to ensure that the house was in perfect shape when it was listed. She also determined the best list price and I ended up getting two offers above asking price (and above my expectations) with no inspection contingency. Plus, she is a delightful person to be around. I never write reviews for anything but Karen really helped me.
