Karen Seitz

Karen grew up in northern Minnesota, where she developed a love for the outdoors while also fostering a Midwest work-ethic. She attended Montana State University, taking in all that the mountain lifestyle had to offer in pursuit of a B.S. in Marketing. Her love for mountain living and desire for a sense of community drew her to Breckenridge in 2011. Karen has a reputation for honesty, integrity and relationship-building skills. These are complimented by her Midwest work-ethic, hustle, passion for the local community and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals. Karen's focus is on enhancing the client experience and exceeding expectations. Her goal is to help clients fulfill their dreams of making the Colorado mountains their home, knowing they will love the Summit County lifestyle and create lifetime memories here. Being involved in the community is important to her, and she volunteers at Copper Mountain, the Summit County Animal Shelter, Summit Laps, and fosters dogs for The Good Dog Rescue. You may also find her competing in one of the local races, snowshoeing, skiing or exploring the back country with her two pups and the occasional foster dog.
