About Karen Schoenthal

I love using my marketing and business background to help clients sell their current house and find their dream home. Who you choose as a realtor is an important decision. It should be someone you trust and enjoy working with. Selling or purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments and decisions you will make. My job is to help you navigate this process and make it as seamless and worry-free as possible. I have a vast working knowledge of the real estate market, including price trends, neighborhood conditions and amenities, real estate laws, zoning issues, financing, taxes, insurance and negotiating. For more than 25 years I have made my home in Southern Illinois where my husband and I have raised our family. I have a degree in engineering and worked for two large companies in the St. Louis region. After completing my MBA, I taught in the Management and Marketing Department of SIUE and did marketing and promotion for a nonprofit organization. I began my real estate career in 2013 and bring a host of skills and background to real estate that allows me to provide a high level of expertise to my clients.
