ZillowVERIFIEDI asked Karen Rollings to find me a 1 bedroom apartment for $800,000 max in DC/MD (this agent was representing you directly at the time) - she emailed me back saying (and I quote) "I've hit a wall. Is there a reason why your budget is so low? That area is rough." I have never been more disrespected in my life. Find another broker, do not use her services. She's not trying to find you your dream home, she just want to sell you whatever she has that's easiest for her to show.
