I met Karen Myatt in 2011 when I decided to move to Murrieta. The first home she showed me is exactly what I told her I was looking for in regards to my needs and expectations. I purchased it and owned it until 2022. When I decided to sell Karen handled the listing and had a buyer within one day & we closed within 30 days. My decision to move back to California was made easier due to Karen's accessibility in showing me several homes within a short period of time. After purchasing my new home her constant "can do" spirit and timely follow-up/interaction with the seller during the escrow period was immeasureable, she always went above and beyond.
