We, like most people, do not understand the full process of selling and purchasing a house that we would soon call a home. She patiently and professionally explained all of the steps of the entire purchase & selling of both of our houses. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her profession! I've dealt with realtors before, they're very vague and you have to pull answers out of them so that you understand what is going on! Not with Karen, she explains the entire scenario and lays out, in plain words, what needs to be done! I plan on referring her to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home! She rates a 15 out of 10, she's that good, you, like us, will be grateful that you have her with you to help in your sale or purchase of a home!
