On our house, she was able to get a price significantly over asking based on her market analysis and sales approach. The house was placed under agreement on the day of the Open House with several offers to choose from. Karen was incredibly attentive and very communicative. It was our first time purchasing a home and after moving up to New England from the South, we had questions about a lot of things (using oil for heating, etc) that she was very helpful and knowledgeable about.
