I moved to the Dunnellon, Florida area in the summer of 2000 from Pennsylvania and began my real estate career in the spring of 2010 at the peak of the housing crisis. During this time foreclosures and short sales saturated the housing market and were the new 'norm' at the time. I became the Rookie of The Year in my first year of real estate. Over the years I have learned a lot professionally to hone my skills working with buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate. I have experience working with customers relocating, foreclosures, short sales, 55+ communities, retirees, first time home buyers, veterans, investors, new construction, resales and the list goes on. I have always had an interest in real estate and I can honestly say I truly enjoy the career path I have chosen. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
