Very nice and professional we had a great experience and will never forget our first time buying a house. Karen really cares about helping people, we felt very confident that things would fall through for us and she was the reason for confidence because she seemed very sure of herself and is good at what she does. Even during a pandemic she was very cautious and safe with us and we where never uncomfortable when dealing with her or anyone that was working with her.
