Considering that I am a proud mother of five children (3 of which are Eagle Scouts), serving the First Time Home Buyer is my passion. I hope that when my children are in the market that they will receive the high quality of service that I provide to these brand new buyers. Helping them to understand the process and being their to point out assets and liabilities of a property are important to me. My other passion is working with children of aging parents who may need assistance is selling the family home. Watching the family homestead being sold is never easy so I pride myself in the support that I can provide. I have built a network of support staff to make the process run smoothly. A good example of one of my support staff is my handyman "Dave". He consistently gets rave reviews from all my clients. Lastly, but not least in importance is my love of working with Sellers. Preparing the home to sell and staging the house are mission critical when buyers are so choosy. Premium virtual tours are my specialty!
