Karen, assisted by her daughters, provided great service in selling my hurricane damaged home in the Florida Keys. Some examples included: (a) dealing with problems associated with house being temporarily unsafe to view due to hurricane damage and resulting construction, (b) providing nice interior, exterior, and aerial photographs, (c) good balance between insufficient and excessive telephone calls, (d) helped me evaluate offers, including guidance for rejected offers, (e) helped me evaluate details of the offer which was ultimately accepted, and (f) helped guide me with preparations for settlement. She made everything easy for me and is highly recommended.
