Karen was great to work with while buying our condo! She was always very responsive, kind and easy to talk to. Not only is she knowledgeable about real estate around the city, she gets to know exactly what you are looking for and works hard to find something you will love. We also greatly appreciated her allowing us to work at our own pace, she was there when we needed her and she gave us our space when we wanted to take a break or re-evaluate. She helped us through the entire process and was patient with all of our questions. We would highly recommend Karen!

With her consistently positive perspective, high energy, and can-do approach, Karen helped me to sell my home for 5-7% more than I would have otherwise. (She sold it for more than anyone else wanted to list it for.) She had a vision for staging my home, and made even the hardest decluttering jobs fun. Then, she brought in a steady stream of buyers at the toughest time of year, always coming up with new places to advertise my somewhat unusual home. With all the prep we had done, I was ready to move when the buyers said they wanted to close asap. From the listing to the closing (a mere 2.5 months), Karen worked her magic. I was so lucky to work with her, and would absolutely have used her as a buyer's agent if I had stayed in MA.
