I used Karen when we originally moved to Algonquin and we bought our home in Willoughby Farm Estates. She is the most patient knowledgeable agent I had ever worked with. When we were ready to sell the house in Algonquin, we called her to again be our agent, this time selling. She gave us great pointers on getting the house ready, came over a few times to see how it was going and gave more pointers. Her listing price was spot on, we didn't have to change it at all and sold to the first people who came to see it.
