Karen knew the value of our house and what price we could reasonably list it at. We had several showings and an accepted offer within 3 days of listing. Her marketing photos and video were jaw dropping beautiful, not a handful of iPhone pictures. Karen made the entire process easy and smooth.

We were a bit gun shy on the whole home buying process, and being first time home buyers we wanted to be sure to get a home we would love at a price we could afford. Our experience in the great prior was not great and a bit more stressful than we would have liked, but Laura was amazing! She helped us get over our fears, and went our off her way to send me property info daily so that we would not fall behind the crowd in what was a limited market. She was super patient as we looked at several properties, some multiple times, and really made us feel like we were her top priority. In the end we found a great house with alot of charm and below our max budget. Laura was there every drop of the way, making sure everything was as easy to understand and stress free as possible.

Laura is one of the nicest people I've ever met, she was always there to answer any question we had and if she didn't answer when I called she would always text and let me know she was tied up and would call me back ASAP and she always did. I would recommend her to anyone as their Realtor.

Very easy to work with & even flexed her time on a Sunday to get me to the front of the line (by 2 hours) with a seller who lived 4 hours away & was having an open house. The seller didn't want a realtor involved at all, But after spending 10 minutes with us & Laura she quickly got on board & we got the house we were looking for! At closing the seller (a house flipper) complimented all of the involved parties by saying it was the smoothest sale she had ever made!
