About Karen Flynn

Home is where your story begins... Growing up in Island Heights, and now living in Toms River, I have spent the majority of my time working in Ocean County. I have almost 20 years of combined real estate experience in both residential lending and real estate sales. It was my love for working directly with clients that made me reexamine my role in the industry, and make the switch from lending to becoming a Realtor. I understand first hand how much having a place to call home means, and I always feel privileged to be a part of someones home buying process.

Let me start off by saying Karen is the MOST amazing real estate agent I have ever met. Not only is she extremely knowledgable in her field but I also love the fact that she was honest about everything. To her, it wasn't all about the sale; she wanted to make sure her customers were happy with what they were getting. If she didn't feel the property was worth its price, she was quick to be upfront about it and show us other comparables. But besides helping us find a great home she made the entire process so much easier. Karen kept in touch with all of the lawyers and listing agent to ensure that everything was moving along smoothly. And thanks to her being so on top of things she actually sent me several reminders in case I forgot anything important (which with my memory it can happen at times). And even to this day I'm still texting her about random things that she'll help us out with. We can't recommend Karen highly enough and will tell anyone in an instance that if they need an agent then Karen is your go to person!
