ZillowVERIFIEDAt the time that my wife and I purchased our home, Marie was not yet a licensed real estate agent, but was a member of another agents team. We moved to Waikoloa Village from upstate New York approximately 1 1/2 years after closing. During that time, Marie made regular visits to our new home to ensure that everything was in order, paying particular attention following storms. She regularly sent us pictures, which really helped keep our minds at ease, knowing that our new home was in good hands. Additionally, she coordinated and oversaw the delivery of furniture to our new home from another Big Island property, and even directed the set-up of the furniture with the movers. She also recommended a house cleaner for us immediately prior to our arrival, saving us a lot of work. And to top things off, when my wife and I finally arrived, we were pleasantly surprised (shocked really!) to find a number of gifts from her team, including two sets of chinaware and silverware, sundry local items (Kona coffee, etc), and a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our arrival. I cant say enough good things about Marie. With her personal touch and attention to detail, we were totally confident that our new home would be ready for us to move right in, even though we were 5000 miles away. Based on our experience with her, Im sure she will do an outstanding job now as a licensed agent.
