By the time we bought our house, Karen was like family to us. It took over a year for us to find a house in this crazy market. When we got upset, Karen lifted us up. When we lost an offer, Karen found us another house to put an offer on. When we wanted to buy a house that wasn't worth what we wanted to offer, Karen made sure that we made conscious decisions, and not just decisions based on the current market.
