One of my favorite transactions was helping a past client who bought several years ago. Since then, got married, had two boys and was in need of more space. We sold their home getting over list price and secured a great deal in the same town - during the process they found out about baby #3 on the way.... a baby girl!!!
Prior to real estate I was a loan officer, where I gained a strong foundation in financing and mortgages. After about 5 years, I realized my true passion was being face-to-face with people, meeting their kids, pets, and helping them sell and finds homes. Moving into real estate was the best next step for me - and I've loved it ever since.
Along with 16+ years experience, I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which means I'm trained to assist clients who are retiring, downsizing, or preparing for major life transitions.
