Karen lists & sells homes & condominiums predominately in subdivisions like Old Naples, along the beach in the Moorings, Park Shore, & Pelican Bay, as well as waterfront properties in Aqualane Shores & Port Royal. She relocated to Florida from upstate New York after graduating from the Cornell Law School in 1990. Her busy real estate practice was in Palm Beach then Naples, after which she began her successful career as a Realtor. Karen prides herself on a responsive & enthusiastic, yet low key, no-pressure approach to real estate representation. Nearly 100% of her business comes from referrals from happy clients, business professionals, neighbors, & friends.



Her commitment extends to organizations that strive to make Naples an even better place to live: Brooke's Legacy Animal Rescue, the Foundation for Developmentally Disabled, Literacy Volunteers of Collier County, Inc., the Naples Botanical Garden, & the Von Leibig Art Center to name only a few of the groups Karen supports. For the last year, she has published the "Heart to Heart" column in Life in Naples magazine, highlighting the efforts and needs of charitable organizations. Additionally, she has written her popular "Slice of Life" column monthly since 2003 in the Naples Journal newspaper & its sister publications in North Naples & Pelican Bay, focusing on people and, often times, poignant anecdotes and events unfolding in Naples.
