Karen did a wonderful job even with all of the roadblocks and difficulties with the seller and the banks, she was able to keep the process moving and assure me that there was light at then end of the tunnel. She was great to work with checking in on my side of the process and pushing the seller and attorneys when I was not able to get a response. She was able to obtain a purchase amount lower than the asking price keeping my finances right where I needed them to be. Thank you Karen for all of your hard work and dedication.
