Karen earned her real estate sales license in 1997 and followed with a broker's license in 2001. Proficient in loan origination and mortgage lending, she provides a "value-added" service for her clients by pre-qualifying potential buyers while helping plan for their future purchases as well.

Prior to starting her real estate career, Karen worked over two decades in business management and ownership including lengthy stints in accounting, sales and customer service.
