Karee was very layed back. First conversation told her what I was looking for. She had some properties she had already viewed and recommended and was willing to show what I saw new come on the market. She was willing to take offers to sellers and handled negotiations with ease and always kept me in the loop. When unexpected "potential" problem came up on inspections she handled all the contract changes and got a better bottom line than what I expected.
