If you have the chance to choose Karan as a realtor you will have no regrets. We had lots of questions as we were first time homebuyers but he was really patient and answered all of them. He advised us with what we needed to do, to get the most of this sale. We are glad we listen to his advice. We lived out of town, so Karan did not hesitate to go to the house and help us with preparing it for the sale. He also helped us with finding several contractors (pool, landscape, etc.) in the area, so we could get the house ready without out flying in CA for every single issues we have. The customer service we received from Karan was top notch. We did not have any hiccups during this sale process and we were at peace that we were in good hands.
