    When it was time to look for property at Priest Lake, my wife and I happened to run across Kara and Shawn Williams. We really did not have an exact idea of what we were looking for, just a place at Priest Lake to relax and get away as our second home. So, with very little direction, Kara and Shawn took us on showing us bare land and homesites and homes of different shapes and sizes. When we finally found what we wanted, Kara and Shawn worked diligently with our lender, the other realtor, the inspectors, insurance folks, title people, and all the zillions of details to make sure that we did not miss out on the opportunity of owning at Priest Lake. I'm pretty sure that if we did not have Priest Lake Realty working for us, we may have missed the opportunity to own our fabulous Priest Lake home. My wife and I are still not real estate 'investors', just home owners who highly recommend Kara and Shawn for anyone looking for property in North Idaho.

    Kara and Shawn always go above and beyond. We have bought and sold several homes in the Priest Lake area. I cant imagine using anyone else. The last time that we purchased with them, they even helped the seller move out and us move in so the whole process went very quickly.

    Shawn and Kara were absolutely awesome to work with. They were Always available for our questions, no matter the time or day. They Helped us sell our cabin on Priest Lake, and find our new place, and helped make the entire process a breeze. They use all means of technology for photos, and social media to reach as many buyers as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them if your in the market to sell, or find your dream house.

    Kara and Shawn helped us buy and then later sell our home in Priest Lake. Our purchase had MANY twists and turns. Kara let us by the hand and guided us through the whole process. Our sale went much smoother. The market was much different, took a little longer than we expected. Again, Kara was by our side handling every little detail. Shawn did our outdoor listing photos and they were fabulous. We were very happy with both our experiences withe the Priest Lake Realty, the Williams Team!
