Kara Trombly was highly recommended by my daughter and husband who worked with her when buying their new home. As it turned out, we were also connected socially through a church that we were attending while in our rental in Foxboro. From the start, Kara was amazing! We had been looking in the Franklin area initially, but expanded our search over a much wider area. Kara was on it and sent us many listings based on our desires. We were indecisive about where we wanted to live and whether we wanted a single family home again or to move into a planned retirement setting. We were not easy customers! Kara worked very hard to show us everything available and this process was over a few months! We started looking in Plymouth at Pine hills and over time, we started to realize that the resale homes were the best option for us . Kara provided excellent customer service, setting up showings and working with Pine Hills staff who knew what we were looking for! We became " the couple who needs space for a grand piano! Kara always kept in touch and kept us informed on every step that took us to ownership. She recommended an excellent inspector and attorney who made the process efficient and easy. Kara sent us all of the extensive HOA documents and answered questions ( or found out the answers!) From the first visit to the closing, Kara negotiated for us and got an amazing deal, before the open house!!! We could not be happier with the results and are now beginning to move into our new place. We love it more and more with each trip! I cannot express the appreciation of Kara , her friendly, calm demeanor, her insight and knowledge of the real estate market and details that should not be overlooked. She was a pleasure to work with and encouraged us to be open minded when we were getting frustrated. Dave and I highly recommend Kara for any real estate needs of customers. Kara has, once again, outperformed our extremely high expectations. She found us the rental that we have loved living in for the past 18 months, and now has found us the perfect house to buy. To be honest, my wife and I are every realtor' worst nightmare. One day we tell Kara we want to live in Western MA, and the next day we change our minds and decide we want to live in Franklin. Soon after that, we want the North Shore, etc. Kara stuck with us throughout, never questioning (out loud at least) our decisions. She just looked where we asked her to, and always found properties that matched what we were telling her at the time. Finally, our dream home showed up on her radar, she took us to it, and we were all in. The closing was seamless, but, as with the rental she found us, she continued to look out for us after the money had changed hands and the business was wrapped up. She found a security company for us who I met with yesterday that offered us really big savings/rewards for using them. She got nothing extra for doing this legwork for us, but did it anyway. The Sellars agent had mentioned that some gift bags would be waiting for us at the clubhouse after the closing. Not surprisingly, I got a text from Kara reminding me to pick up the gift bags, again, long after the closing had taken place. I cannot imagine using anyone else to help us find a home; Kara is simply the best!

Kara has been an amazing support system through selling our home while we relocated out of state. Even when the road got rocky a few times along the way, she helped us navigate and successfully sold our home!!
