I have many wonderful memories of growing up in Knoxville, where I graduated from Carter High School and the University of Tennessee. Kara exceeded our expectations and was wonderful to work with. A friend recommended Kara as someone who wouldn't let us "settle" for a house that we didn't love, and they were perfectly right. Far from pushing us into a quick deal, Kara patiently showed us many homes, some of them several times, until we found a home that we truly loved. She clearly knows the Knoxville area market very well. I was very happy with Kara's work during the searching process, but once we made the offer on our house and were under contract, she amazed me. Without being stressed or pushy, Kara was on top of every detail: making phone calls, setting up appointments for us, meeting me at the house almost daily for inspections and questions, etc. If I asked for a recommendation for an inspector or contractor, Kara would send me a list of 3, along with phone numbers, comparative price ranges, and information about who recommended them. Through closing Kara stayed with us for every question and every detail that we had questions about. I highly recommend Kara for anyone looking to buy a home in the Knoxville area.
