Rosmy is an excellent Real Estate Agent. This is 5th time we have purchased a home and Rosmy is by far the best. We bought in Oceanside which a very difficult market. She was able to bring down the price $38k and got us 20k in seller credit. She is a bulldog negotiator and works with a great team of contractors and inspectors.
