Broker Kandi obtained her Iowa Real Estate License in 2014, then in May of 2017, she passed the Iowa Broker Exam. In the fall of 2021, Kandi opened Rock Creek Real Estate LLC with her niece. They coined the name by combining the names of their family farms. With clients ranging from 1st-time home buyers to farmers and real estate investors, Kandi knows how to tailor her service to each client's specific needs.
