Ms. Serrano exceeded every expectation we had throughout the entire selling process. We first made contact in December, and from day one she was responsive, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. We developed a clear game plan together and decided to list the house after the holidays in January. Thanks to her efficiency and expertise, we were able to close by the first week of March. As a military member stationed out of state, selling a home could have been extremely stressful, but Ms. Serrano handled everything seamlessly. She maintained constant communication through phone calls, texts, and emails, and I never felt out of the loop. She explained every option and detail I was unsure of, and her knowledge of VA loans and the unique challenges military families face was invaluable. PCS season is already stressful enough, but Ms. Serrano completely took the stress out of selling our home. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially for military members buying or selling remotely. She is professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely dedicated to her clients.

Justin was in every way the man for the job, gotta say this, his honesty and integrity is job one out there in the Real Estate world today; then follow up, and more follow up, the better agents are up to the minute to answer the many questions, and also answer the calls and texts! Professionalism starts right there in my experience and humble opinion! Of course product knowledge, knowing the territory and the current market trends is very much a part of this mix, and he does have most the facts and figures, Justin tries very hard to deliver the needed information in an objective way without any personal bias, I so appreciated that about him! Guess you could say he tells it like it is! In other words, You can believe what Justin reports regarding your transaction. What's even better, he is a very likable guy indeed, and quite willing to help, even go the Xtra mile if needed, all this with a great sense of humor, really can't ask for more than that!
