Ever improving, he is currently taking online classes at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School in Corporate Finance to continue to stay ahead of his competition. Such know how helps him better serve his clients when evaluating the time value of money and how it affects his client's bottom line.

As a seasoned, educated real estate professional with over 9 years of acquisition, renovation, and management experience, Kalonji approaches every transaction with a client-centered focus and a primary objective of exceeding expectations. He is not only adept at educating all of his clients on the smart steps to take when purchasing real property--whether that property is a first home or an investment property--but Kalonji can communicate and negotiate effectively with all types of parties and agents on the other side of a transaction.
