So she was able to offer sooo much advice for what someone my age would be looking for in a house, location, etc. she was super friendly, relatable, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, etc. working with her was a breeze. There was a moment towards the time for me to close on my house when she noticed a few flags with my loan officer. She started asking him questions I would have never know to ask and realized that he wasnt doing what he was supposed to do, didnt think Id get the loan, and hadnt communicated with me at all. Kaitlyn caught all of this and communicated with me immediately resulting in me switching loan officers and securing my loan.
