My work experience with Mrs. Kacie Fann has been excellent! We worked together for about a year to find a property. During the course of this year Kacie submitted a good number of offers on multiple properties, each time with patience, dedication and commitment. I know how agents can sometimes get discouraged after a certain while, but that is NOT the case with Kacie. She stuck with me throughout the entire process. Also, since I tend to make reasonably low offers, I definitely commend Kacie for her willingness to play ball, even when listing agents were not seeing it as kindly at times. In addition, Kacie also works as a property manager and understands that aspect as well. Even if you are a basic homebuyer, you definitely want to a consider a possible exit strategy through rental, and Kacie can be helpful on that end as well. I certainly recommend Kacie Fann to any residential investment or property buyer in CA, and would definitely work with her again should I be in the market for additional purchases in CA. She truly is an excellent real estate professional and a credit to her profession. A++
