A friend of mine posted on Facebook inquiring for any leads, and Ken Rogers responded with his contact information. After reaching out, he offered his help in the apartment search and offered to provide more information on home buying with no strings attached, pressure, or expectations. Within a week, he was able to schedule us an appointment with a loan officer to assess our eligibility for buying a home. Despite various obstacles, Ken, alongside the loan officer, was able to help us navigate the best route for approval of a home loan and offered additional counseling on improving credit and preparing our finances to place us in the best position for acceptance. Once approved for an FDA loan, Ken was super communicative about eligible houses and very transparent about pros and cons. We had our heart set on one house and Ken was able to schedule a walk-through within days as well as prepare all the proper documentation for placing an offer incredibly fast. We had one million questions throughout the process and Ken was always available for troubleshooting all angles ASAP and was incredibly patient as well. He continuously went above and beyond to communicate with us, help us, reassure us, and instruct us on everything and anything. Ken told us he would get us in a home by the fall, and on October 19th we officially owned our first house. Ken had great recommendations for home inspectors and contractors and ensured fixes within the house that were agreed upon in the sale were completed in a timely manner and at no hassle to us. Even after the sale was complete, Ken was still available to answer literally any new homeowner questions for us (ex: 11pm panic texts about not knowing how to turn the hot water on) and/or able to direct us to the appropriate resources. Ken is an incredibly kind, personable, honest, and transparent real estate agent, and he took so much fear and confusion out of the home buying process. After our success with first time home buying, I recommended Ken to a friend of mine who was in a similar position as myself-believing he would never be able to own a home and believing it was simply not an option for him due to various obstacles. Like us, Ken was able to help him successfully buy his first home within months. Both my partner and I would absolutely recommend Ken as a real estate agent to anyone, especially those who dont feel home buying is financially an option for them, and we will absolutely be using him in the future when the time comes to upgrade to a larger home!

He was extremely responsive with every call and text message, even past business hours on his own personal time he was willing to answer and help anything we needed to assure us throughout our buying process. Even with a tricky bank, and a difficult 203K loan on top of the first time buyers, Ken was knowledgeable and professional. He also has his own background experience and so many connections for getting any job done after buying. I know that I can still reach out to Ken, even after closing on my home, as a friend, and he will have my back!!

I'm 29 and my Husband is 27; we never thought we would be able to get a home this young but Kenneth made it work. He asked us about what we were looking for in a home, what our price range we would be in and what information we should learn. He is really friendly, easy to talk to, kept in constant contact with us through the whole process and always made us feel like we were top priority. I know in the future if my husband and I decide to sell or look for another home; Kenneth Rogers will be the man I call.
