Justine Randazzese was born and raised in Ozone Park, Queens, and now calls Nassau County home. With a dynamic and diverse background, Justine has worn many hats throughout her career-each one shaped by her passion, work ethic, and commitment to serving others. She began her professional journey as a TV and film major, working closely with producers and gaining firsthand experience in media production. Her journey then took a meaningful turn toward education. Justine became a special educator and later transitioned into an administrative role, advocating for students with special needs and supporting families with compassion and dedication. She was a strong advocate for students and families, always leading with empathy and integrity. While working in education, Justine embraced her creative side by launching her own baking company. What began as a passion project soon blossomed into a successful business-complete with a charming sweet food truck.

Never one to shy away from reinvention, Justine took a leap of faith and entered the world of real estate. She now works full-time as a licensed real estate agent, proudly serving clients across Nassau and Suffolk County, and Queens. Known for her honesty, transparency, and unwavering integrity, Justine quickly made a name for herself-closing her first eight deals within her first six months and earning several accolades, including the prestigious ABR designation for buyers.
