HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I'm not helping clients with their real estate goals, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young boys on our small hobby farm, where we raise cattle and pigs. As a family, we love being outdoors -- swimming, golfing, and relaxing together -- and we're always kept entertained by our two Goldendoodles. I also enjoy winding down with a good book whenever I can find a quiet moment.

Justine is a consummate professional. She enthusiastically took on the sale of my home, and gave informed guidance on preparation for listing and showing, including many helpful staging suggestions. She made excellent use of technology and social media to sell the home, featuring excellent photographs (including drone footage of the home and area) to show the home at its best. I received numerous compliments - including from a home designer-builder and from an accomplished interior designer - concerning the listing information and photos of the home. Just as important, Justine was quick to respond to my inquiries as the process unfolded, and happily facilitated clear communication between me, the buyers, and closing attorney. This is my third home sale and it was by far the smoothest and most positive, and most of the credit goes to Justine and her professional, motivated approach, with excellent work leading to a timely sale at a very satisfactory price.

I began working with Justine Fox at the start of this year (2025) looking for my first home. As anyone who has recently purchased a home in the past few years or currently looking to purchase a home, the buyers market is extremely volatile. Especially being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and many concerns. Justine was really my biggest advocate in helping me understand the volatile market, helping me understand the dos and donts, and aEURoeholding my handaEUR? through the entire process. Justine took my calls on late nights, took time away from her personal life on weekends and late evenings to show homes I was really excited about. From the first day to closing day, Justine was a powerhouse realtor in managing the sellers realtor, attorneys, and working with the loan officer to ensure they were all working for me to get through the process. I cant express the importance of having a realtor who is going to work for you, advocate for you, and most importantly, continually support you.
