Justine is a consummate professional. She enthusiastically took on the sale of my home, and gave informed guidance on preparation for listing and showing, including many helpful staging suggestions. She made excellent use of technology and social media to sell the home, featuring excellent photographs (including drone footage of the home and area) to show the home at its best. I received numerous compliments - including from a home designer-builder and from an accomplished interior designer - concerning the listing information and photos of the home. Just as important, Justine was quick to respond to my inquiries as the process unfolded, and happily facilitated clear communication between me, the buyers, and closing attorney. I began working with Justine Fox at the start of this year (2025) looking for my first home. As anyone who has recently purchased a home in the past few years or currently looking to purchase a home, the buyers market is extremely volatile. Especially being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and many concerns.
