We enjoyed working with her very much. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. Her responsiveness is great! She has local knowledge of the area as well. She showed us a few homes in our price range in the area we wanted to live in and then helped us make an offer on the home we liked the most. She has great negotiation skills as well. We got our house for cheaper than the asking price and one of the repairs that was needed included as well as money off of the total price for the other few repairs that are needed. She also always let us pick a time that worked best with our schedules whether it was a showing, the final walkthrough, and even closing. This was very helpful as we have a baby and could around our babys schedule not interrupting any feeding or nap times. As well as working around work schedules.
