He was able to schedule a showing of any house we wanted to view within 24 hours and provided us transportation to and from viewings. He was helpful and professional from showing to closing.We began our search for a house in the county which was no issue for Justin to accommodate showing outside of city limits. We realized we used the right realtor when he was able to answer any and all questions we had pertaining to each house specifically as well as the buying process in general. And believe me, we had tons of questions as first time home buyers. After about a month of viewing houses, Justin found a house in Oak Ridge which met our wants and needs.After our offer was accepted was when Justin's skills especially shined. His negotiations on our behalf enabled us to receive a new roof installed on the house we purchased as part of contract.
